2. Software Licensing & Deployments

Our products, scripts, billing modules, and MLM portals (including Binary, Single Leg, and Matrix matrices) are licensed under direct enterprise license contracts. You are granted restricted, non-exclusive rights to run these scripts according to your specific payment packages. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decode, or resell scripts outside of official white-label agency partnerships is highly restricted and subject to legal prosecution.

3. User Conduct and API Rules

Users of our WhatsApp APIs and AI auto-call systems agree to avoid dispersing spam, coordinate promotional message runs inside local consumer laws, and prevent overloading cloud gateway channels. Addwox Infotech retains the right to freeze API endpoints and suspend dashboard keys immediately if transactional systems reflect hostile or malicious patterns.

4. Disclaimers & Uptime Warranties

Our systems are configured on stable AWS multi-tenant nodes target-tested for high volume. While we aim for 99.9% operational uptimes, software models are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for incidental business losses or data adjustments resulting from third-party network disruptions or domain DNS errors.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted under regional judicial corporate codes in Patna, Bihar and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from platform access fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
